The RED (Rapid Economic Development) Team is a valuable resource offered by the Chamber to member businesses.  The RED Team is a FREE resource for businesses which are:

• Growing
• New or Opening a new location
• Considering a layoff
• Making a significant change to business strategy

First Stage: Needs Analysis

A Chamber representative will meet one-on-one with the business owner to perform a needs analysis. The representative will take this information and identify valuable resources and organizations which can fulfill those needs.

Second Stage: Bring in the RED Team

Within two weeks, the custom assembled RED Team will meet with the business owner.  The RED Team will consist of organizations who meet the business owner’s specific needs.  The Chamber will facilitate the interactions and introductions.

Third Stage:  Follow Through and Completion

The Chamber representative will continue to follow-up with all RED Team members and the business woner to ensure that timetables are kept and the services are provided adequately to the member business.
